New Boundary Racing assembled engine oil pump with billet gears and Boundary billet crank sprocket for 2011-14 Ford Mustang GT with gen 1 5.0 Dohc Coyote engines . includes CM-S1 pump and CM-SP-11 sprocket
The Motor oil pump starts with the Ford OEM housing, but is assembled with our billet oil pump gear.
All assembled billet pumps undergo the following:

Pump is completely taken apart, all parts under go ultrasonic cleaning, air blast, and hand inspection.

Pump is hand de-burred.

Our industry leading mirror finished gear set is used

Stainless Torx heads replace the stock fasteners

All fasteners are torqued to spec

Loctite applied to fasteners to prevent back out or loosening

Anaerobic sealant applied to critical areas to boost pump up speed and reduce aeration.

Assembly lubricant applied to all critical surfaces to get oil flowing fast on startup

Parts are blue printed and issued with specification sheet.
Boundary oil pump gears are 100% manufactured in our Dallas, Texas production facility. We start by quenching our chromoly billets from extreme heat and then temper it to tough indestructible core. After machining we apply our ColdFlow surface hardening process and complete it to a Mirror Finish. What does all this give you? It gives you a pump with stability over 9000 RPM, proven in excess of 2000whp, with higher efficiency, less friction, and backed by one of the industries best warranty’s.

Billet Crank Sprockets from Boundary follow the same heritage as our oil pump gears, manufactured 100% in house with US sourced materials. These sprockets start with a chromoly steel that is 10 times stronger then the OEM powdered metal, hot quenched with a low temper for the highest strength and resistance to wear.
